Job summary

You will coach stylists, manage daily operations, and stay active behind the chair while balancing leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A cosmetology or barber license is required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of salon management experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced salon.
• Willingness to work behind the chair in haircutting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to keep the salon running.
• Licensed cosmetologist or barber as required by state.
