Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Salem, Oregon to coach stylists, manage salon operations, and lead by example behind the chair. Earn $45–$60/hr with tips and bonuses, plus PTO and benefits.

If you’re licensed and have strong leadership and communication skills, you’ll help build a great team and ensure a smooth, customer-focused salon experience. This on-site role offers growth through training and the LEADS program.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and/or barber license required.
