Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager who will lead a busy team to deliver high-quality haircuts while ensuring smooth daily operations. Weekend availability and one closing shift are required to meet store needs and drive performance.

Earn between $25 and $32 per hour, with incentives, weekly pay, and Sunday bonus pay. Benefits include PTO and medical, dental & vision coverage where offered, plus ongoing leadership training to help you grow the salon and the team.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license (state dependent).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take full salon responsibility.
• Strong communication and motivational skills to develop the team.
• Comfort with salon tech and scheduling systems.
