Job summary

Qualifications

- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

- Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations.
- Provide exceptional guest services.
- Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele.
- Drive profitability and retail performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and support staff.
- Handle staff relations and client concerns.
