Great Clips salons are seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy team, manage daily operations, and deliver haircuts alongside staff. You will coach stylists, support growth, and ensure great customer experiences across the salon.

To join, you’ll need a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort with salon tech tools and scheduling systems. Great Clips offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state variations).
• Strong haircutting skills and ability to coach others.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, reports).
