Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Sandusky is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. Licensed cosmetologist or barber preferred; you will coach stylists, manage daily operations, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You’ll schedule, oversee inventory and POS, build a winning team, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with tips and performance bonuses, plus training and career growth

Qualifications

• Active OHIO cosmetology license or barber license.
• Management experience preferred (salon, spa, retail, or store).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Ownership: Manage daily salon operations—scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a consistent, legendary client experience.
• Build a Winning Team: Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork, accountability, and growth.
• Run It Like a Business: Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Set the Service Standard: Provide exceptional MVP haircuts, lead by example giving hands-on service to customers, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Operate with Integrity: Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring full compliance with licensing, safety, and company policies.
