Sport Clips Haircuts of Sandusky is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. Licensed cosmetologist or barber preferred; you will coach stylists, manage daily operations, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You’ll schedule, oversee inventory and POS, build a winning team, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with tips and performance bonuses, plus training and career growth

Qualifications

• Active OHIO cosmetology license or barber license.
• Management experience preferred (salon, spa, retail, or store).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Sport Clips Haircuts of Sandusky is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $32-$37 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses. Annually typically $60,000 -$70,000.
