Job summary

JCPenney Salon in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Salon Manager (BTC1 / BTC2) to lead a talented team while continuing to build your own client base behind the chair. You will coach, inspire, and grow the salon, set service standards, and drive guest satisfaction with exceptional experiences.

You'll earn commission on your chair time (50% on service sales and 10% on retail with a service), while also developing stylists and contributing to the business.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Experience leading a salon team or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop stylists and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, styling, chemical services, and other services across all hair types.
• Deliver thorough consultations and personalized recommendations to make every client feel valued.
• Coach stylists to create memorable experiences that encourage rebooking and referrals.
