Great Clips Davenport is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon team. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber with strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills, this role offers the opportunity to guide a busy salon, support staff, and deliver great haircuts.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements)
• Strong technical haircutting skills with ability to coach others
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate, develop and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, reports)
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
