Great Clips Covington, WA is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-volume salon team. If you are a WA-licensed cosmetologist or barber with strong leadership, you’ll oversee operations, mentor stylists, and deliver great haircuts.

Qualifications

• Valid WA Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Strong organizational skills for day-to-day operations.
• Comfort with salon technology and scheduling/metrics systems.
