Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in your area to lead a team of stylists and drive daily salon operations. As a licensed professional, you’ll coach staff, deliver consistent haircuts, and create a great guest experience within a supportive culture.

You’ll balance leadership duties with hands-on styling as needed, while partners provide brand resources and ongoing training to help you grow your team and salon performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state-specific).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of coaching staff.
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations and guest experiences.
• Customer-focused with ability to connect with clients and lead teams.
