Lead and motivate a team of talented stylists to deliver exceptional haircuts and grooming services

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an outstanding client experience

Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales

Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement

Drive salon performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and business goals

Oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of your team

Implement and uphold Knockouts' standards, policies, and procedures

Promote Knockouts' signature experience and hero products

Management Experience: 3 Years (Preferred)

Hair Cutting: 1 year (Required)

Cosmetology License (Required)

Customer Service (Preferred)

Proven experience in a salon or retail supervisory role

Valid cosmetology or barber license license

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to support and lead a team

Passion for men's grooming and the beauty industry
