Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager in Training in Allentown, PA. This role oversees salon operations, leads the team, and delivers the full range of hair care services and retail offerings to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

A valid state cosmetology license is required. You will manage schedules, banking closeouts, inventory, and staff training, while driving guest satisfaction, sales and salon profitability.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment, training and guidance on business and technical competency matters, resolving associate issues.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly metrics and suggestions for improvement, meet personal and team productivity goals to grow the business.
• Provide exceptional guest service, understand the guest’s needs, provide quality consultations and perform services requested efficiently.
• Close-out banking procedures and handle light administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory.
• Promote and support the Rewards Program and drive guest loyalty.
