Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology license is required.

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly metrics and suggestions for improvement to grow the business.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, consult with guests, and perform services efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions, and light housekeeping.
• Support initiatives to grow new and returning guest counts and promote the Rewards Program.
• Support marketing efforts online and in-salon.
