Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Utah seeks outgoing leaders to develop sales teams, drive profits, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. This role focuses on building a career path through a comprehensive training program and leadership responsibilities within our stores.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, work toward aggressive sales goals, and ensure smooth store operations in a commission-driven environment. A strong emphasis on customer service and team motivation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching and counseling.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns timely and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and handle banking requirements.
