Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in American Fork, Utah is seeking outgoing leaders to build and coach sales teams, drive store profitability, and elevate customer and employee satisfaction. You will complete a comprehensive training program aimed at joining our management track, with an hourly rate plus commissions and a lucrative monthly bonus program designed to reward performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, stocked, organized, well-kept and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements.
