Belk’s rapidly growing Salon and Spa Division is looking for a career-oriented individual to manage one of our salons. Ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be customer service oriented and have the ability to motivate and supervise a salon staff to achieve sales/service goals. Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach with proven ability to develop and execute ideas to deliver sales and service in an always changing retail environment is a must.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in the cosmetology industry and hold a current North Carolina Cosmetology License.

Must be proficient in computer business-related software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong analytical and reasoning skills. Salon Software experience is a plus.
