Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager for our Shippensburg, PA location. You’ll lead a team of stylists, coach talent, and ensure the salon runs smoothly, delivering consistent, high-quality haircuts and service.

Your leadership will shape daily operations, scheduling, and performance, while fostering a warm, productive team environment. Qualifications include a cosmetology or barber license and proven leadership.

Hourly base pay of $18/hr, up to $20/hr if you’re experienced, plus tips! Monthly manager bonus of $300-$500. Managers earn $30/hr and up in average total pay. 100% paid medical and dental, plus PTO, paid holidays, and 401k.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
