Job summary

Great Clips Center Square Salon seeks a Salon Manager to lead a team, coach stylists, and oversee daily operations in Blue Bell, PA. The role blends hands-on service with leadership duties to maintain service quality and team performance.

You will manage scheduling, foster professional growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while coordinating with franchise leadership and leveraging Great Clips tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License required.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to coach others to grow their skills and confidence.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate, develop, and support a team.

Hourly base pay of $18/hr, up to $20/hr if you're experienced, plus tips! Monthly manager bonus of $300-$500. Managers earn $30/hr and up in average total pay. 100% paid medical and dental, plus PTO, paid holidays, and 401k.
