Great Clips in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead our locally owned salon, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will coach stylists, manage daily operations, and use brand tools to run the business smoothly. This hands‑on role rewards leadership, communication, and a passion for growth within a bustling salon environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or barber (state license required).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take full salon responsibility.

What you bring to the team

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
