Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon and drive excellence in service, leadership, and operations. You will coach stylists, develop teams, and ensure the salon runs at its best, delivering a top haircut experience.

Licensed cosmetology or barber required, with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. This full-time role includes extensive in-person training and career growth opportunities within the Great Clips network.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
