Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in the Virginia area to lead daily salon operations, coach stylists, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage scheduling, ensure brand standards, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary)
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop a high-performing salon team

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)


• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence


• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
