Great Clips in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Salon Manager to lead the Carpenter Crossings team while continuing to deliver exceptional hair services behind the chair.

You will coach and develop stylists, maintain a positive workplace, and drive salon performance with scheduling, onboarding, and guest service excellence. This role offers leadership growth and built-in client base.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan cosmetology or barber license.
• Previous salon management or leadership experience preferred.
