Great Clips Winchester Gateway is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon and drive strong performance. If you’re an experienced stylist with coaching skills, you’ll mentor a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Winchester Gateway is hiring a Salon Manager. Walk-in or online check-in. * Lead a team that runs on real systems. * Leaders, not bosses * Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P, with an added 10:30A-5:30P shift Mon/Thu/Fri and 1P-6P shift Tue/Wed * Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 10A-5P shift * $31.50-$41.50/hr total pay, guaranteed $17.50/hr base plus tips * Card tips paid weekly on your paycheck; keep your cash tips * 401(k) * Paid vacation, full-time and part-time * Product sales commission * Employer-paid health insurance for this role

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
