Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Oklahoma to lead a busy team, oversee operations, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role blends leadership with hands-on styling, coaching peers, and maintaining salon performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Cosmetology license, strong communication, and organizational abilities, plus a passion for connecting with customers and building a positive team culture.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
