Are you a talented, licensed stylist with leadership experience? Do you love working alongside a dynamic team, cutting hair, and providing top-notch customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!


We are currently looking for a Salon Manager to lead our talented team at our select service salon. This is a floor manager position where you will spend approximately 90% of your time cutting hair while also managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure every customer receives a great experience by maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Work hands-on with clients, delivering high-quality haircuts and providing excellent service.
  3. Inspire and motivate your team by working alongside them, offering guidance and support as needed.
  4. Oversee daily operations, manage appointment flow, and ensure that the salon is always running smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory, and ensure all procedures are followed.
  6. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, helping to retain and develop stylists.

Qualifications:
  1. Must hold a valid cosmetology license.
  2. A passion for delivering top-tier service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. The ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality results.
  4. Previous experience managing a team or leading by example is a plus.
  5. Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while working hands-on with customers.
