We’re looking for a Salon Manager to lead our talented team at our select-service salon. In this floor manager role, you’ll spend about 90% of your time cutting hair while also managing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless, efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that ensures every customer has a great experience.
2. Deliver high-quality haircuts and top-notch service while working directly with clients.
3. Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team as you work alongside them.
4. Oversee daily operations, manage appointment flow, and keep the salon running smoothly.
5. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory, and ensure all procedures are followed.
6. Foster a collaborative team culture, helping to develop and retain talented stylists.

Qualifications:

1. Valid cosmetology license required.
2. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
3. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
4. Previous management or leadership experience is a plus.
5. Skilled at managing multiple tasks while working directly with customers.
