Regis Corporate is seeking an energetic Salon Manager to lead our Smartstyle location in Florida. You will drive service and retail sales, develop staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience with a high-energy leadership style.

The role requires weekend availability, a Florida cosmetology or barber license, and a passion for the hair and beauty industry. You will work with our marketing team to implement new initiatives and uphold a clean, professional salon environment.

Salon Manager

Commission at minimum of 50% from Day One!

• Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment in a salon
• Work one-on-one with our Director of Operations Excellence to understand goals, required outcomes and planning for individual and team growth and development

You Must Have:

An up-to-date Florida cosmetology or Barber license

The ability to work weekends (Saturday and occasionally a Sunday) and be flexible

with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the salon

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and making people feel better
