Supercuts Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities

As a Supercuts receptionist, your responsibilities include helping to market and grow the business, providing excellent guest service, controlling expenses, and completing all tasks required for the role.

Supercuts offers a wide range of professional services, including haircuts, coloring, highlights, waxing, and specialty services. We utilize proprietary tools and techniques to ensure exceptional results. No appointment is necessary, and guests can check in online or by phone.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
  • Good time management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and courteously with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Repetitive movements involving fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Reaching and grasping, often above shoulder level.
  • Exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in services.
  • Ability to observe guest hair closely, with good vision and focus adjustment.
  • Effective communication with guests regarding services and their needs.
