Job summary

Great Clips seeks a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon, drive guest satisfaction, and build a high-performing team. You’ll coach stylists, manage scheduling, and oversee day-to-day operations to deliver consistent, quality haircare.

Starting pay is $17.50/hour with tips and performance incentives raising earnings to about $25–$30/hour. Full-time benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
