Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a local team at one of our 10+ Great Clips salons. If you’re a licensed stylist with leadership drive, you’ll coach others, build a strong team, and help run the salon at its best.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state variations)
• Strong haircutting skills and ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills for day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on team performance and customer experience
