Overview

Come join Team Atlantis! The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end salon, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff performance, and business success. This role involves managing a team of stylists and support staff, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include driving revenue through service excellence, retail sales, and promotional initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Salon Manager also leads staff training and development, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering a luxury salon experience that meets or exceeds Forbes Four-Star standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Uphold Forbes Four Star Standards, implementing and maintaining best practices in service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stylists, technicians, and front desk staff to achieve performance goals and service excellence.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service quality, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all salon products and supplies align with brand and quality standards.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing salon revenue and guest retention.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and professional environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of salon services, products, and trends.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Technical/Professional Knowledge

Hair Stylist:

• Proficient in haircutting, blow-drying, styling, and updos.
• Skilled in color application, highlights, balayage.
• Knowledge of different hair types and product recommendations.
• Expertise in sanitation, safety, and chemical handling.
• Strong consultation and customer service skills.

Nail Technician:

• Skilled in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (acrylics, gel).
• Proficient in nail art, design, and trend techniques.
• Knowledgeable in sanitation, sterilization, and health protocols.
• Ability to assess nail health and recommend treatments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
