Salon Manager – Lead a High-Energy, High-Performing Great Clips Salon

Great Clips is looking for an experienced Salon Manager who knows how to lead a team, manage a busy salon, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an established salon leader with at least 2 years of previous salon management experience who understands the pace and efficiency required in a select-service salon specializing in haircutting. We’re looking for someone who can confidently balance leadership, daily operations, team development, and time behind the chair, all while delivering a great experience for every customer.

Earn $20–$35+ per hour (hourly + tips + bonuses)

What You’ll Do
