Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Salon Manager who acts as CEO of the salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You’ll mentor a team of stylists, manage the guest journey, and lead by example behind the chair while modeling our hair guides.
You’ll recruit top talent, partner with local schools, and use our Stylist App and Zenoti to maximize scheduling, service excellence, and salon reputation, all while maintaining safety and standards.
