Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license is required; you will coach stylists, coordinate schedules, and ensure exceptional service while driving store performance.

What You Bring To The Team
To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
  • A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
  • Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
