This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving. You'll act as the heartbeat of the salon—running front desk operations, supporting team logistics, and serving as the liaison between the on-site team and ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Relations
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage booking flow, confirmations, reschedules, and waitlists
  • Monitor guest experience daily (flow, satisfaction, reviews)
  • Ensure the front of house is pristine and fully stocked
  • Handle email, phone, and social media inquiries
Office & Admin Support
  • Inventory tracking, ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Payroll prep: gather timesheets, track PTO, and flag issues
  • Document and update SOPs and onboarding resources
  • Prepare team meeting agendas or notes
  • Organize salon events or education logistics

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Manage owner’s to-do list and updates from afar
  • Communicate key information between owner and team
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and staff PDMs
  • Track team milestones (birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Handle simple reports or follow-up tasks (inventory counts, sales reports, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
  • Has 2+ years of admin, salon front desk, or office management experience
  • Strong with tech: booking software, Google Drive, Email, spreadsheets
  • Warm communicator and confident problem-solver
  • Naturally organized and detail-driven
  • Thrives in a team-based, high-standards environment
Compensation & Perks
  • $20–$26/hour DOE (full-time preferred)
