Salon Managers: Previous management experience is preferred. Salon managers are expected to actively perform all services in the salon, maintain productivity standards, train, coach, and develop their team while conducting themselves professionally.

Salon managers must work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends (which are required), and any holidays the business is open. A Cosmetology license for the state of this listing is required, as you will actively work behind the chair in your role.

Minimal Qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Exceptional guest service skills, understanding guest needs and performing services professionally
• Ability to handle administrative tasks like scheduling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures, and light housekeeping
• Effective team leadership and development skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
