Job summary

Great Clips Covington, WA is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-volume salon team. If you are a WA-licensed cosmetologist or barber with strong leadership, you’ll oversee operations, mentor stylists, and deliver great haircuts.

We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $22–$26, potentially earn $40–$50+/hr including tips, bonuses.

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
