SuperCT Group is seeking a Salon Manager for our Connecticut Supercuts locations. You will lead a team of stylists, deliver a signature 5-Star Client Experience, and drive growth through effective scheduling and people development.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with the Leadership Team to ensure exceptional client outcomes. This role offers leadership growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Must hold Connecticut Cosmetology or Barber license.

We're looking for a Salon Manager who's a team player, passionate about the beauty industry, and excited to grow with us.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$45/hour total earning opportunity, including hourly pay, service and retail commissions, tips, and performance bonuses
• Signing bonus up to $1,000 available!
