Job summary

Regis Corporation in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and provide exceptional guest experience using the 360 Service Experience. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure brand standards across the salon.

You will hire, coach, and develop the team, set goals, and maintain inventory while partnering with the Technical Trainer on opportunities. A cosmetology license and state manager credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong 360 Service Experience and technical skills.
• Effective ability to coach, lead and inspire others.
• Business management skills such as goal setting, scheduling, cash handling, reporting, etc.
• Lead by example with outstanding communication and professional presence.
• Flexible availability and professional appearance.
• Current Cosmetology license or Barber's license and manager's license if applicable per state cosmetology laws.

The manager's primary role is to ensure the salon's profitability, ensure guest satisfaction by using the 360 Service Experience and generate an enthusiastic and professional environment where employees are continuously inspired through effective leadership, to do their best and to be successful. The manager must be a constant role model for all employees and have the ability to inspire, respect and creativity understand the Supercuts Operating Principles and Brand Promise, and effectively execute these principles at all times.
