Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Salon Manager for a high-traffic, high-growth salon inside a Walmart location. You’ll act as the CEO of your floor, driving guest counts, coaching a team, and ensuring profitable operations while maintaining top-quality service.

You’ll recruit, train, and mentor stylists, manage scheduling and inventory, and lead by example with cuts, color, and guest experiences. Salon culture and guest satisfaction are your priorities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license and any required Manager license
• Willingness to work at least 38 hours per week including evenings and weekends
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to train and mentor staff

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it).

Physical Reality:

• You’ll need sharp vision for detail and color to maintain quality standards.
