SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC in Arkansas is seeking a Salon Manager for a high-traffic, high-growth environment inside Walmart. You’ll act as the on-floor CEO, building a strong team, coaching stylists, and driving performance with strong guest service.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and daily numbers to ensure profitability while maintaining a positive salon culture. You must hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license and be prepared to work at least 38 hours weekly, including

Salon Manager – High Traffic, High Growth (Cosmetology License Required)

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it).
