Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour

As the Salon Manager at NappStar Baltimore, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of talented stylists. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service
2. Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff and clients
3. Assist stylists with client services when needed
4. Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and salon maintenance
5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in a salon management role
2. Cosmetology or Natural Hair license
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
5. Knowledge of hair care products and services
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
7. High school diploma or equivalent
