What You’ll Be Doing (The "Real" Version):

• Building a Powerhouse Team: You’ll recruit, interview, and hire talent. You won't just fill chairs, you’ll coach stylists to be the best in the business.
• Mastering Operations: You’ll handle the scheduling, inventory, and "the numbers" to make sure the salon is profitable and stocked.
• Leading by Example: You’re still a pro behind the chair. You’ll show the team how it’s done by providing great cuts, color, and guest service.
• Managing the Vibe: You keep the salon clean, professional, and positive. Yes, that means you ensure the towels are folded, the stations are sanitized, and the team is working together.
• Solving Problems: From guest complaints to scheduling conflicts, you handle it all with professionalism and ease.

What We’re Looking For:

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it).
• The Hustle: You are comfortable working at least 38 hours a week, including the busy times (evenings and weekends).
• The Mindset: You aren’t just looking for a title; you’re looking to lead. You’re tech-savvy, good with basic math, and can handle administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Reliability: You’re the heartbeat of the salon. You need to be there for your team and your guests.

Physical Reality:

• You’ll be active and on your feet most of the day.
• You’ll be working with salon chemicals and fragrances.
• You’ll be reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting supply boxes (approx. 20-25 lbs).
• You’ll need sharp vision for detail and color to maintain quality standards.
