Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods for over 7 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select, and orient employees.
• Train and motivate sales staff to meet performance criteria.
