Yar Cuts seeks a Salon Leader in Florida to run a full-service salon with 50% commission on service sales from day one and a guaranteed $15/hour including tips. You will lead operations, coach stylists, plan schedules, and drive client experience across all services.

You’ll oversee hiring as the team grows, manage the product business and local marketing, and partner with leadership to meet salon goals. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant income potential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida cosmetology license.
• Experience leading a salon or supervising a team.
• Ability to set expectations and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own chair and drive service sales.
• Coach stylists, set performance expectations, grow their books.
• Build schedules around guest flow and salon hours.
• Hire and onboard team members as the salon expands.
