Job summary

Cost Cutters in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Salon Leader who will run the salon as a working stylist, building a strong team and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead, coach, and train staff, hire and onboard new stylists, and drive service and retail sales.

The role requires a current Arizona cosmetology license, 2+ years of full-time salon experience with at least 1 year in leadership, and availability for evenings and weekends.
