SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is hiring full‑time Licensed Salon Leaders to run a high‑performing team and grow the business. You will lead guest experiences, coach staff, and manage daily salon operations while delivering excellent hair services.

This hands‑on leadership role balances chair work with front‑of‑house responsibilities. Strong cosmetology credentials and leadership experience are required, with availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active/valid cosmetology license.
• Strong leadership and salon experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs and work with fragrances/chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Set the pace by working behind the chair, showcasing skill and leadership.
• Motivate and coach the team to hit goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Provide client consultations and recommend retail products.
• Manage salon operations: scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Drive salon success through smart operations and guest satisfaction.
