You will lead by example—combining hands-on styling with people leadership, manage scheduling and inventory, hire and train staff, and drive sales through excellent guest service and smart operations.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applicable state
• Demonstrated leadership and salon management experience
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations by working behind the chair and showcasing skill and leadership
• Motivate and coach the team to hit goals
• Provide client consultations and retail recommendations
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive salon success through operations and guest experience
