We're looking for a Co-Manager who's passionate about hair and dedicated to guiding and coaching at FS Cut & Color in Overland Park, KS. We cherish kindness, teamwork, and a caring environment. Qualifications:
Active cosmetology license in Kansas. 2 years of salon and retail experience. Good communicating skills is a must and an understanding of salon values.
Desirable Attributes: An ambitious self-starter and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities as a Co-Manager, your role includes: Co-managing, guiding, and coaching the FS Cut & Color team with kindness. Coordinating employee schedules to meet forecasts and business needs. Actively engaging in all stylist positions and duties, including our other FS sister salons, while maintaining a humble and helpful approach. Onboarding new employees and implementing plans for retention, development, and growth in partnership!
